Want to know more about Moodle and FutureLearn?

Join the Technology Enhanced Learning Forum on Tuesday 12 March between 10am-12pm in the Teaching Grid to find out more about the latest developments in Moodle, and get an update on the new free online learning resource, FutureLearn.

This term’s meeting will include a chance to hear what’s happening with Moodle centrally, and from colleagues who are using it within their departments. You'll also be briefed on the new MOOC, FutureLearn, which aims to provide free, open online courses to students around the world.

There will also be the opportunity to meet with colleagues and discuss key issues including the role of technology in developing the student experience, what’s different about online learning and how we ensure quality in online teaching, and evaluate technology enhanced learning projects.

Sounds interesting. So, how do I get involved?

If you’d like to attend this and/or future Technology Enhanced Learning Forum events, or find out more about the issues being discussed, contact Emma King, Learning and Development Co-ordinator.
