Warwick Book Festival Saturday 15 June - special offer

Warwick Book FestivalThe University of Warwick Book Festival launches on Saturday 15 June 2013 in the Warwick Arts Centre. “Worlds of History” brings together over 30 top authors to talk about everything from Spies to Shakespeare.

Students and alumni can now buy tickets for just £2 for each event. To get the alumni offer, please quote 'Warwick Alumni offer'. The student price can be booked via the website.

  • Highlights of the day include Ben Macintyre speaking about Double Cross: The True Story of the D-Day Spies, an “utterly gripping story” about the five key D-Day double agents.
  • Literature fans will enjoy hearing bestselling biographer Paula Byrne on her highly acclaimed new work The Real Jane Austen: A Life in Small Things
  • Nicholas Roe will be talking about his landmark work Keats: A New Life
  • Shakespeare specialists will reflect on the World Shakespeare Festival of 2012.
