Warwick students chosen for National Student Drama Festival

NSDFThree Warwick student productions have been selected for this year’s National Student Drama Festival – representing nearly 30% of this year’s festival with competition from 90 other productions. A Drama Society production of Jim Cartwright’s Road, Music Theatre Warwick’s sell-out show Rent and Nothing, and a new piece by recent English & Comparative Literature Studies graduate Lucyna Raczka and Barrel Organ, were all selected for the festival, which takes place each year in Scarborough.

About the NSDF

The National Student Drama Festival began in 1956 and has been working with thousands of young people every year since. The organisation identifies the most exceptional emerging talent and gives it the spotlight and support it needs to progress to the next level. The festival runs from Saturday 12 April-Fri 18 April.

A huge congratulations and the very best of luck to all our students taking part.
