Opportunity for Warwick students to teach in Africa - apply by 11 January

There are just a few days left to apply to take part as a student teacher in the 2013 Warwick in Africa programme.

Warwick in Africa is a voluntary programme which is philanthropically funded. Places are fully funded but we ask everyone to fundraise towards the further development of the programme. The programme has been running since 2006 and is currently working in 22 secondary schools in Ghana, Tanzania and South Africa.

�StudentIf you have teaching experience (i.e. taught in schools in UK/abroad, undertaking PGCE, GTP, Teach First, Warwick in Schools, Warwick Inspire or TEFL) and want to put it into practice in Africa this summer, then this is the programme for you! You will teach Maths or English for up to 6 weeks.

The deadline for applications from student teachers is noon on Friday 11 January 2013.
