Ciaran Singh and Surojit Chakraverti win Brightest Business Brain Prizes

Ciaran Singh, Economics (studying PPE) and Surojit Chakraverti, Warwick Business School have received the first and second prizes respectively at the Brightest Business Brain competition. Ciaran will receive a prize of £1,000 for first place and Surojit will receive £500 for second place.

The competition was organized by TargetJobs, and attracted more than 3000 applications. On Friday 25 March 2011, 60 of them gathered in Cass Business School to compete in the final stage. The competition – sponsored by employers including Clifford Chance, Towers Watson, and CIMA – assessed transferrable skills and commercial awareness. It included oral debating, team exercises and business case studies.
