Cynthia Atwell - OBE
Cynthia Atwell, who retired as a Senior Teaching Fellow in Occupational Health from the University in December 2007, has been awarded an OBE for services to healthcare in the 2008 Queen's birthday Honours.
Despite her retirement Cynthia has continued to work closely within the Institute of Clinical Education, teaching on both the undergraduate diploma in occupational health and the new postgraduate diploma in regulatory health and safety for HSE Inspectors.
