Warwick People - David Morley

Daivd Morley, Director of the Warwick Writing ProgrammeProfessor David Morley, Director of the Warwick Writing Programme, has been appointed by The Society of Authors to judge The Cholmondeley Awards for the next four years. These annual awards, for outstanding achievement in poetry, have previously been awarded to Seamus Heaney, Tony Harrison, Philip Larkin and Andrew Motion. He has also been appointed to judge The Beowulf International Competition – a competition with prize money totalling £17,000 and a first prize of £10,000.
