Dr Paul Blackmore, Director of the Centre for Academic Practice (CAP), will be leaving the University on Friday 19 August. Paul joined Warwick in 1995, taking overall responsibility for academic staff development and became CAP's first director in 1999.

Over the last ten years, Paul has worked with a number of staff across the University and beyond, developing and managing academic staff development programmes and activities.
