Lightweight Technologies Workshop
The Lightweight Technologies Centre of Excellence at WMG aims to design and manufacture the next generation of lightweighting solutions in response to the significant challenges facing the UK and global transportation industry as a result of the low carbon agenda.
This workshop will look at the key challenges for Lightweight Structures and Powertrain R&D not only in the automotive sector but also in the rail and/or aerospace/defence industries.
Participants will be able to discuss their own R&D needs and the potential for collaborative projects will be explored.
