Arrival and Information Guide

Coach transfer service from Birmingham International Airport

It is important that we know your arrival and departure times so that we can arrange transportation. Therefore, once you have registered and paid for your place at the conference, you will be sent a surveymonkey weblink from the IBO so that you can submit details of your flight arrival and departure times.

Free coach transport will be provided between Birmingham International Airport and the University from approximately midday on 4 August and from 09:00 on 10 August. If you plan to arrive at a different airport, you will need to make your own arrangements to travel either to Birmingham Airport to meet the coach transfer service, or directly to the University.

Conference staff will be positioned in the Arrivals area at Birmingham Airport to meet you and escort you to the coach service.

Arriving independently

If you plan to travel independently to the University, you will need to go to the Conferences Reception at Senate House on University Road on the University of Warwick campus. This is where you can collect your room key and arrival information. Details of check-in information is available here and a campus map is available here.

Early arrivals

Some delegates who are travelling long distances may need to arrive on the day before arrival day. If this applies to you, please contact us at int.office@warwick.ac.uk to arrange an additional night's accommodation on campus.

There are a range of other catering outlets on campus where you can buy lunch and dinners if you arrive early. Expect to pay from £5 to £15 for a meal.
