IET Presentation: Effective Innovation to Move Products to Market Quickly

Unfortunately this lecture has now had to be cancelled since two of the presenters are still stuck overseas due to the recent air travel disruptions.

This is a unique opportunity to hear about one of the most important aspects of a successful business operation - an effective new product development process.

Making products available to the market quickly is now an essential feature of business, ensuring the product is of the required quality and supply is assured. The West Midlands Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS-WM) has successfully developed a new product development process to specifically support small to medium sized businesses.

This lecture brings together the developers of the process and a practitioner (Gekko) who has launched an internationally acclaimed, novel Theatre Light based on LED technology.

This event provides an ideal opportunity to understand the reasoning and the hands on application of this key process to support the rapid development of new products.
