Patrick Neate makes his first vist to Warwick Arts Centre to read from his latest novel, London Pigeon Wars, published by Penguin in April.
London Pigeon Wars is a quirky satirical thriller about ambition and failure, materialism and morality, mirrors as windows - and pigeons with a taste for blood.
Patrick Neate is the author of two previous novels, Musungu Jim and the Great Chief Tuluko, which won a Betty Trask Award, and Twelve Bar Blues, which won the 2001 Whitbread Novel Award. He is thirty-one and currently living in Zambia.
