RSC Chemistry Lectures - 'Single-molecule non-covalent and covalent chemistry ...'
Single-molecule non-covalent and covalent chemistry in a protein nanoreactor.
Non-covalent and covalent chemistry is observed using engineered protein pores as 'nanoreactors'. Includes coordination of cations/anions by ligands, association of proteins with various ligands, and formation of DNA duplexes.
