Resilient people have skills to help them face and manage stressful events. Resilience can even help people grow emotionally, spiritually and interpersonally in the aftermath of these stressful events. The focus of the dayschool will be on teaching students a variety of methods to help them build and exercise resilience and thus prevent or manage their stress more positively i.e. achieve a more fulfilled life.
