François Gemenne, FNRS Research Fellow and PhD candidate at CEDEM and Sciences-Po Paris, will speak on 'Forced Migrants who are not Refugees: Status and Protection of Environmentally-displaced People'.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday 28 November between 3.30 and 5pm in Room S 0.52, Social Studies Building.
