Centre for the Study of Women and Gender: Annual Lecture

The Centre for the Study of Women and Gender's Annual Lecture is being given by Professor Bev Skeggs, Goldsmiths College, London.

She will be talking on 'The Value of Intimacy: Economies of reality on TV' in which she discusses her latest research on reality TV. Professor Skeggs is well known for her work on gender and class and the ways in which they are represented in the media.

The lecture is to be held in the Ramphal Lecture Theatre at 5.00 on Wednedsay November 29.

There will be a free wine reception after the lecture to which all are invited.
