The Law School will be hosting a symposium on Managing Systemic Risk from Wednesday 7 April to Friday 9 April 2010 in Scarman House. The symposium will provide an opportunity to explore some of the key concerns in the debate on systemic risk and consider approaches to managing it in the future.

The aim of the symposium is to increase our knowledge and understanding of the law involved in systemic crises. This will be achieved through the production of an innovative, international, interdisciplinary collection of work linking policy and legal issues.
