Barclays fraud charge - a strong warning about white collar crime

"The decision to charge Barclays and four former senior executives with conspiracy to commit fraud is probably the most significant charging decision made by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).

"It sends a strong message of its commitment to prosecute white collar crime and comes after the Conservative party manifesto had called for the abolition the SFO."
