Family affair for string quartet at Coventrys Belgrade Theatre
A string quartet based at the University of Warwick will be appealing to a younger audience with a concert at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry.
The Coull Quartet, currently the University’s Quartet-in-Residence for over thirty years, will perform a family concert at the theatre on Saturday 9 May at 3.00pm.
The programme of music is recommended for age seven upwards and will include Shostakovich, Beethoven and Ravel. Another concert is planned for July 11th, visit the Belgrade Theatre website for details of both dates, www.belgrade.co.uk
The following weekend the Coull Quartet will be performing at St John’s Church in Kenilworth as part of the Kenilworth Festival.
