The Sunday Times Good University Guide has declared the University of Warwick to be the best University in the UK outside Oxbridge and London. Warwick moved up one place to 5th overall in the UK in the new Sunday Times league table of Universities published on Sunday 15th September.

The Sunday Times went on to describe The University of Warwick as "the leading multi-faculty alternative to Oxbridge” and “one of the country’s leading universities in both teaching and research.”

The newspaper also described Warwick’s performance in the most recent Research Assessment Exercise as “outstanding.”
