If your Warwick ID Card is lost or stolen, you should report this immediately and obtain a new card. You should report a lost or stolen card via the online form. Once you've confirmed you're not in possession of your card we will cancel your card so it no longer gains access to University Buildings

Replacement ID cards are issued at University House Reception between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday and at the Student Information Centre, Senate House, between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm at the weekends.
