SITS PROD Upgrade Information

Upgrade Details

The SITS Live (PROD) service will be unavailable from 5pm Monday 22nd January until Wednesday 24th January 2024 whilst an essential system upgrade takes place.

During the time that the live service (PROD) is unavailable, there will be:-

  • No staff read / update access to the live SITS:Vision application
  • No staff access to SITS data via ODBC
  • No online connectivity by staff or students via the eVision portal
  • Exports or imports to the Student Records Database from either internal or external databases, such as UCAS, will be suspended for the duration of this downtime
