Accommodation options
Campus
Warwick Accommodation has a limited amount of accommodation on campus suitable for students with 1-3 children. Only applicants with children will be considered for family accommodation. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. If you are an undergraduate applicant and will require accommodation suitable for a family please email staffandfamilyhousing@warwick.ac.uk. Please make sure that you include your student ID number and details of your family in the email. Not all applicants who apply for family accommodation will be successful in getting accommodation on campus.

Students with children will be allocated to properties with a minimum of 2 bedrooms.
Private rented housing
Private rented family housing is available near to the University in Coventry and Kenilworth and also in Leamington, which is a 30 minute bus ride away.
The Warwick Students Union website also offers useful advice on private rented housing including house-hunting, checking tenancy agreements, repairs and deposits.
