Family Fun

If you and your family have some free time and you are looking for something fun to do, why not visit the University of Warwick and find out about our Art Collection.

We now have a trail that will take you across campus to visit not only sculptures from the University Collection, but also visiting sculptures from other galleries. The booklet includes drawing activities so that you can get creative whilst you are here. We also currently have two huge dinosaur sculptures on loan from the artists Jake and Dinos Chapman which you shouldn't miss!

This trail has been created by two members of the Committee that manages the Art Collection here. Bengy Speer and Becky Taylor, both live in Coventry. From 2020-22 they were participants in the City of Culture Leadership Programme. As well as taking part in decisions for the development of the Art Collection, they have provided feedback about what it is like to visit the campus and suggested how we might improve the welcome and engagement for visitors.
