The Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey

You will shortly be contacted on our behalf by i-graduate to ask you to complete the national Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey. Please take the time to respond. About the survey
The national Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey collects information on the employment circumstances of graduates six months after they complete their course.
All graduates from UK higher education courses are asked to complete the survey, coordinated by the Higher Education Statics Agency (HESA). The questionnaire and rules are set by HESA and it is a legal requirement that universities carry out the survey.
The survey changed significantly for 2011/12 graduates onwards and direct comparisons with data from previous years cannot be made.
How the data is collected
If you complete your course at Warwick (or one of our partner institutions) between 1 January and 31 July we will start contacting you by email/telephone approximately six months later (from around December) to ask you to complete the survey. If you complete your course between 1 August and 31 December we will start to contact you around April.
The survey acts like a census and the questions ask for information about what you are/will be doing on a specific date.
The information our graduates provide in response to the DLHE survey is very useful and helps us to advise current and prospective students about possible career paths. It also informs our strategies around employability.
The University of Warwick is bound by the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 in carrying out the DLHE survey.
