Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before submitting your registration form. *Places in the creche are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis. *The arrival and collection times for the selected creche must be adhered to. *If your child is unwell on the day selected they should not attend the creche. *Snacks and drinks will be provided, please do not bring any food or drinks other than formula milk. *Please provide ready mixed formula milk, nappies and spare clothing as necessary. *When delivering your child you will be asked to complete a form with a counterfoil slip, which you will retain. You must produce this counterfoil when collecting your child at the end of the creche session.
