Who is it for?


This is for individuals who would like to better understand how to develop their ability to cope during emotionally challenging and stressful times.


In this session you will cover:

  • An understanding of what emotional resilience is
  • Develop your own emotional resilience by examining thinking patterns, individual value systems, support structures and lifestyle considerations
  • Share experiences and ideas with others

What will I get out of this?

By the end of the session you will have:

  • An increased awareness of your emotional responses, and how you might use your own resources more effectively to deal with these
  • Begun to create a ‘toolbox’ of ways to help you improve your emotional resilience
