Service description

Examination Marks online is part of the extended functionality of the Student Records system provided via the Academic Registrar's Office. The service enables staff to enter assessment marks for students online.

Staff can also extract/view student module and component marks from Student Records using the following facilities:-

• Exam Board Grids 
• the 'Module and Assessment Mark extract to csv' facility (now accessible via the Module Registration Manager application - choose the "View Marks" option from the main menu drop-down)

IT Services provides guidance on use and development of the service to the Academic Registrar's Office as well as supporting and developing the service.

 

List of standard requests

None. Questions about the Module Mark Entry or viewing module marks should be directed to the Academic Registrar's Office.

 

Availability

The service is available 24/7, not withstanding periods of non-availability required for planned maintenance.
