  1. Browse to the parent page of the pages you want to reorder.

  2. Go to Edit > More:

The SiteBuilder 'Edit' menu, with the 'More' option highlighted

  3. On the Sub-pages tab, select Re-order:

The 'Sub-pages' tab, with the 'Re-order' button selected

  4. You see a list of pages and files beneath the current page:

The 'Re-ordering pages and files' screen

Note: By default, only visible pages and files that haven't been deleted are displayed in the list.

    • Select the Show non-visible pages & files checkbox to view and reorder pages and files that are hidden in local navigation.

    • To view and reorder deleted pages and files, select the Show deleted pages & files checkbox.

  5. Select and drag pages and files up or down the list to arrange them in the order you want.

Tip: Select the Visible in navigation/Not visible in navigation icon to toggle a page's visibility in the local navigation.

  7. Select Done to vew the published page.

Note: You may need to refresh the page to see the changes to the navigation menu take effect.
