Consent to contact UKVI

From time to time, the Immigration Service may need to contact the Home Office UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) for more information before we can assist with a student query or establish whether you have the right to study at the University of Warwick.

In order for the Home Office to release information about an individual, that individual must provide their written consent.

If you have been advised that we need your consent to conduct a 'right to study' check with the UKVI in order to advise you further, please complete the following form.

Your consent will then be emailed to the UKVI Premium Account Manager responsible for the University of Warwick, along with details of the information we require.

Once we receive a reply from the UKVI, the adviser managing your case will contact you with an update; please note, we can take no responsibility for the time taken by the UKVI to respond to our requests for information, however, the UKVI service target for releasing this information is usually 5 working days.

You Will Not Be Able To Submit This Form Unless All Fields Below Are Filled.
