Consent to contact UKVI

From time to time, The University of Warwick may need to contact the Home Office UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) for more information before we can assist with a student query or establish whether we are able to assign a CAS.

In order for the Home Office to release information about an individual, that individual must provide their written consent.

If you have been advised that we need your consent to obtain an immigration history & curtailment information from the UKVI in order to advise you further, please complete the following form.

We will then raise a query with the UKVI using the UKVI Query Mangement System.

Once we receive a reply from the UKVI, we will contact you to let you know the outcome.

We can take no responsibility for the time taken by UKVI to respond to our requests for information, however, the UKVI service target for releasing this information is usually within 10 working days.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Legislation (Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016), I confirm that I give my consent for the Immigration Service at the University of Warwick to contact the Home Office to discuss my situation, in order to assist me. I am happy for the Home Office to disclose information about me to them for the purpose of: Obtaining my immigration history & curtailment information from the Home Office UKVI.
