Notification of Visa Processing Delays

When should you submit this form:

You should only submit this form if one of the following applies to you:


  1. Your Visa Application Centre Appointment was more than:

        • 5 weeks ago and you submitted a Standard Permission to Enter Application
        • 3 weeks ago and you submitted a Priority Permission to Enter Application
        • 2 weeks ago and you submitted a Super-Priority Permission to Enter Application

    OR


    1. You have had a decision on your application more than 2 weeks ago but have not recived your passport back.

    OR


    1. Your course Start Date, as listed on your CAS, is within the next 7 days

    If you do not meet the above requirement, DO NOT submit this form.

    Any requests that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

    If you have already submitted this form, please do not resubmit another request within 10 working days of the original request.




    If you submitted your visa application via VFS Global in China, you can now track your application status using their online tool (using your GWF reference number).

    This service is only available in some countries and so please do check your local VFS website to see if it is available in your country.
