Sending your results to us

Do I need to send my results to Warwick when I receive them?

If you are taking GCE A Level, AS Level, AVCE, SQA Advanced Higher examinations, the Welsh Baccalaureate or the Irish Leaving Certificate, the University will receive details of your results automatically. You do not need to send us copies of your results but you must make sure that you “cash in” all your A level and AS level qualifications as we can only accept grades which have been verified by the relevant awarding body.

It is the responsibility of your school (or you if you are taking exams independently) to ensure that you are entered for exams properly and that your results are certificated appropriately, as we will not be able to confirm the places of those whose results are not fully verified or certificated.

I am taking the International Baccalaureate. Do I need to send you my results?

We receive many International Baccalaureate examination results automatically, but, you should check with your school that they have instructed the International Baccalaureate Examination Board to notify UCAS of your results. If your school has not done this, you will need to send us the original transcript or a copy of your results signed and stamped by your school or college as soon as possible (and before 31 August 2013).

I am taking non-standard (or international) qualifications. Do I need to send you my results?

If you are taking qualifications not listed above, you will need to send us the original transcript or a copy of your results signed and stamped by your school or college as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to send us the information we need to make a final decision on your application, as detailed in your offer. If you do not send confirmation of your results by 31 August 2013 your offer of a place will no longer be valid.

If you do need to send your results through to us, please read information on this page about our Verification Requirements.

If I knew then what I know now...

I was worried that I'd get really homesick, but by the time I'd arrived at Warwick, unpacked and met my flat mates, that definitely wasn't an issue any more.
