Experience Warwick 2018 - 2019 We aim to demystify and educate young people about their educational journey, enabling learners to make informed decisions at key milestones in their school career by offering impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG). Our outreach offer has been tailored to help local schools/colleges support the progression of learners whose peers and family have limited knowledge or experience of HE For more information about the Experiece Warwick Programme and the sessions we offer go to: https://warwick.ac.uk/study/outreach/whatweoffer/experiencewarwick/ The central outreach team at Warwick offers a variety of programmes for students, parents, carers and practitioners to support local Coventry and Warwickshire learners in their journey to access Higher Education (HE). PLEASE NOTE - this is an expression of interest form and we cannot guarantee that we can attend the date/s requested although we aim to offer three in school sessions to our Partner Schools as a minimum. We will confirm attendance/non attendance as soon as we are able. Please make sure you give us as much notice as possible and note we cannot consider requests where a preferred date has not been specified.

Outreach at Warwick 2018 - 2019 The central outreach team at Warwick offers a variety of programmes for students, parents, carers and practitioners to support local Coventry and Warwickshire learners in their journey to access Higher Education (HE). We aim to demystify the academic world of university life as well as offer impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) enabling learners to make informed decisions at key milestones in their school career. Our outreach offer has been tailored to help local schools/colleges support the progression of learners whose peers and family have limited knowledge or experience of HE Selecting participants: Priority will always be given to students from underrepresented groups as outlined below. • Students with no parental history of Higher Education • Students eligible for Free School Meals/pupil premium • Students living in areas of high deprivation and low participation rates to accessing HE • Students with disabilities • Students who are or have been in local authority care.
