Careers in Research

We are giving sixth form students the opportunity to meet some of our researchers, ask them why they do what they do, and get to know a little more about the world of research at university.

Have you ever wondered what researchers actually do, why they do what they do and how they got there?

At the Institute of Advanced Study (IAS), University of Warwick, researchers in the early stages of their careers would like to tell you just that. They investigate a huge range of subjects, from designing new medicines, to empowering young people through storytelling, to investigating how ancient civilisations have shaped our world.
