New B.A (Hons) Education Studies Opportunities

The department is happy to offer your students and staff any of the following options:

· A presentation on the new degree

· An interactive workshop, providing a flavour of the sorts of approaches this degree takes to studying education

· Members of our department attending any careers, UCAS or higher education events you are running as a college

The BA Education Studies at Warwick is not a teacher training programme, but rather an academically critical look at the study and development of education, incorporating learning from bot the Centre for Education Studies at Warwick, alongside other departments such as Philosophy, Sociology, Applied Linguistics and Politics and International Studies.

Our entry requirements are ABB at A-Level, however a number of our students have come to us with BTEC or alternative qualifications, and we would very much encourage students studying alternatives to A-levels (particularly in the areas of childhood, learning and development, health and social care, the arts and business) to also consider our programme.
