In order to help us with planning for the Shooting the Past launch event on 3-4 February, please complete the information below.
I can confirm that the whole team will be attending the launch (required)
Will the school be providing a responsible adult to accompany the team to the launch? (required)

How will the team be travelling to and from the launch? (required)
If the school will not be providing an accompanying adult for the launch dates, please tick to confirm you will notify the parents/carers of each team member to make them aware of this. (required)

This form will be used to manage the logistics for the Shooting the Past event. The data will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than for the organisation of the event.
