Confirming that you do not require a CAS yet but will do after enrolment

In order to attend a full-time course of study within the UK lasting over 6 months, you will normally require 'leave to enter' under Tier 4 of the points-based immigration system (PBS). By completing this form you are confirming that you currently have the correct immigration permissions to begin your study at Warwick but that you will require a Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) to enable you to apply for a Tier 4 Visa after enrolling on your course. Please note that if you currently hold a Tier 4 visa (applied for after the 5th October 2009) which you previously applied for in order to attend a course at a University other than the University of Warwick you MUST now apply for a new Tier 4 visa in order to enrol at Warwick. Please also note that you will be required to prove that you have the correct immigration permissions (or 'leave') before you will be allowed to enrol onto a course at The University of Warwick. Trained Immigration Advisers will check that you have suitable permissions for study at The University of Warwick (using the information you provide here) and will advise you if you need to obtain a new visa.
