The Programme
Whether you are a startup looking to bring in expertise without the hassle of traditional recruitment or a multinational requiring a commercially aware individual to scope out expansion opportunities, AIESEC can help your firm. We bring over graduates with typically at least a years' worth of experience in areas including IT, engineering, marketing and sales. The graduates on our scheme are from 2,100 of the world’s top universities in 110 countries. Our graduates wish to have a challenging experience, perform an advanced role in an organisation, gain international experience and immerse themselves in another culture.
The process is entirely lead by you: based on your requirements, we present you with several suitable candidates. You then have the opportunity to conduct a telephone review and select your ideal choice. We then work to ensure the chosen graduate if suitably prepared and arrives swiftly.

- No hassle: AIESEC deals with accommodation, work permits (we are OISC registered), bank accounts etc and look after the trainee while they are in the country, leaving them to concentrate on their work.
- Flexibility: Placements last 6 weeks - 18 months and can begin at short notice. Many organisations have gone on to offer our trainees a permanent contract.
